Where do we ship to?

  • We ship across all provinces of Canada. For special inquiries, please email us at [email protected].

What do we charge for shipping?

  • Free Shipping: All orders of $250 or more before tax across Canada
  • Flat Rate Shipping: All orders under $250 before tax in British Columbia qualify for flat rate shipping of $10. Orders outside of British Columbia but within Canada qualify for flat rate shipping of $20!

How quickly do we ship your order?

  • Your order will ship within 72 hours for all in stock items. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us notifying you that your order has shipped.
  • Custom orders or backordered items may take longer depending on product availability but we will notify you of the status of your order via email under these special circumstances.

What shipping companies do we use?

  • Riverside Golf Centres uses the top recognized couriers and shipping companies to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. We ship orders with Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator and FedEx.

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped via our courier, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. It may take up to 72 hours from when you place your order to receive a tracking number on in stock items. In the event of a custom order or backordered item, we will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

  • YES! If you’d like to pick up your order instead, when you get to checkout, select the “Local Pickup” option. This only applies to orders coming from the Lower Mainland in BC.
