Return and Refund Policy

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return or exchange an item, contact us via email and include your order number in the subject line. We will notify you of the next steps.
  • Custom orders, demo or used equipment, final sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any fees associated.
  • If you would like us to issue a return label, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • In the event of an issue or defect with your order, we will be in touch with you on a resolution to ensure your order is correct.

Refunds process:

  • Refunds will be issued when your return has been received and inspected. If there is an issue with your return, we will notify you.
  • Confirmation of your refund will be emailed to you once your refund has been processed,
  • Refunds will be issued via your original form of payment.
  • Once a refund has been issued, it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to show on your statement depending on the financial institution.
