Through our affiliation with the National Golf Buyers Association (NGBA), North America's largest golf buying group comprised of regional independents, Riverside Golf Centres continually strives to offer its consumers the lowest prices in Canada.
 
Price Guarantee: 
We guartantee to have the lowest price in Canada and will beat the prices of any authorized Canadian dealer.  If our price isn't the lowest, let us know and we will make you a better deal.
 
If a Canadian authorized dealer tries to undercut our price:
-present us with a copy or proof of a dealers price.
-An associate will confirm that the dealer has stock of the item available for immediate sale at the afforementioned price.  We reserve the right to confirm pricing and product availability before beating a dealers price.
-We will make you a better deal and guarantee the lowest price.
 
If our price is reduced within 14 days of purchase:
-present us with a copy of our original receipt and we will refund the difference between the purchase price and the original price.
 
Terms and Conditions:
Our lowest price guarantee does not apply to limited time offers, items that are not immediately available for purchase, items with limited or minimum quantity of product, closeouts, liquidations or clearances. 
 
Returns & Exchange policy: 
Returned merchandise will only be accepted in original purchase condition with the original purchase receipt and must be returned within 14 days.  All material including brochures, blank warranty cards, hang tags and labels must be included with any merchandise returned.  In the event that returned product is missing items we reserve the right to refuse the return.
 
Trade In Policy: 
Golf clubs will only be accepted on trade in towards the purchase of golf equipment stocked in store.  We do not purchase or consign golf equipment and reserve the right to refuse trade ins at our discretion.  Attempts to trade in stolen or counterfeit product will be reported to the proper authorities.
 
Warranty Policy: 
All warranties are offered by the manufacturer and not the dealer.  Most manufacturers require the original purchase receipt.  We will not accept product for warranty without the original purchase receipt.
 
Terms and Conditions:
All warranties offered are manufacturer warranties and are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.  We will not bear responsibility for items that the manufacturer chooses to reject for warranty.  We will not accept items for warranty that fall outside the manufacturers warranty period.
